Osazee Isonarae
State Cordinator
Osazee Isonarae is a Community Development Strategist and Digital Transformation Advocate with over a decade of experience advancing youth empowerment, technology-driven social impact, and strategic partnerships. He is a two-time U.S. Government exchange program awardee and a U.S. Department of State IVLP Impact Award winner 2024, recognized for advancing high-impact, community-driven initiatives. He is an alumnus of International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), selected as Nigeria’s sole representative on "Advancing an Open, Reliable, and Secure Digital Economy", where he engaged policymakers and technology leaders across six U.S. cities in the United States.
Osazee has served in key leadership roles within the U.S. Government Exchange Alumni Association (USGEAAN), including as Head of Communications and Technical Lead of the National Transition Committee, where he played a central role in the birthing of the new national USGEAAN body in 2025. In this capacity, he led the establishment of national communication structures, developed digital platforms including the national website (usgeaa-nigeria.org), provided technical support for election processes, and strengthened systems for structured governance.
At the sub-national level, he has actively coordinated and supported the formation and activation of multiple state chapters, including Ondo, Akwa Ibom, Enugu, and Anambra States, providing guidance on governance structure, communications, operational setup and impactful project ideas implementation. He also previously served as Project Director of USGEAAN Osun State from 2017 to 2025, where he led impactful programs in digital skills development, civic education, and volunteerism.
As Executive Director of iYouth Resource Centre, Osazee has designed and overseen high-impact initiatives that have empowered thousands of youths and small business owners through digital education, cybersecurity awareness, and entrepreneurship support. He brings a results-driven, inclusive, and systems-oriented leadership approach to strengthening alumni engagement and expanding USGEAAN’s impact across Osun State.
Olushola Oyadiji, Ph.D.
Secretary
Olushola is a teacher, administrator and humanist. Trained as an applied Linguist with a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. in English from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigera, he specialises in English language, literature, culture studies and virtual community or Computer-mediated communication.
He was a Fulbright foreign language teaching assistant (FLTA) at New York University between 2011 and 2012 and has since won other scholarships including the dissertation completion fellowship, 2018 cohort of African Humanities Program scholarship of the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) with residency at the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
Olushola has taught English language for years across several levels of education and is currently a lecturer at the English Department of the University of Ilesa, Ilesa, Osun State, Nigeria where he is the Secretary, Faculty of Arts Conference and Publications Committee, member of the University Research and Publication Committee and Coordinator, Chinese Studies Programme.
He offers himself for service on the basis of his expertise at fastidious record-keeping, professionalism and English language proficiency.
Babawale Oluwatobi
Project Manager
Oluwatobi Babawale is an astute leader and community transformation enthusiast driven by a passion to create opportunities for marginalized communities to thrive.
Although, an anatomist by profession, I have implemented projects in healthcare and community development for more than five years with Ultimate Health HMO where I work as a Branch Operations Manager. I led a partnership with the Osun Health Insurance Scheme and National Health Insurance Authority as project manager for various health care finance and coverage projects. I served as a technical committee member of the USAID TB-LON 3 DRM Project in Osun State and Osun Health Insurance Scheme claims digitalization project team member.
Starting as an SDGs volunteer, I designed and implemented outreaches and campaign projects on global hand washing Day and International Day for Eradication of Poverty through the Kebbi State SDGs office in Partnership with UNICEF and also volunteered with Management Services for Health (MSH) as an IPT/viral load officer, where I honed my skills for community development and began a career in public health. Furthermore, as a project volunteer for Community Advancement Initiative For Self Reliance to design and implement outreach programs on eye health in various hard to reach communities in Ilesa West Local Government Area.
I volunteered as a project officer with the Initiative for Youths Resource Center to implement the ICT boot camp retreat, Brand Boost project for SMEs and TechRise Challenge for Secondary School Students in Osun State.
As a member of the U.S Government Exchange Alumni Association (Osun State Chapter), I have volunteered as project officer to implement the "Increased Women and Youth Participation in Politics" (IWYPP) project in 2022, where I monitored and evaluated the radio program sessions, advocacy visits and developed a detailed report of activities in line with the project requirements, Project officer for the "EmpowerHer Project" where I was involved in coordinating the radio sessions, validation of beneficiaries, planning of the training sessions and closing ceremony.
I recently served as the Programs Director for YALI Network Osun, where I successfully implemented the YALI Osun Upskill Project, Climate Change Awareness Project for secondary school students and the World Youth Skills Day Project.
Oluwatobi is YALI RLC 2019 alumnus, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Health and he is currently a Master's Student of the Department of Community Medicine, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso.

Adebimpe 'Bukola Agboola
Treasurer/Financial Secretary
Adebimpe 'Bukola Agboola is an Accountant, Sickle Cell Advocate, Serial Volunteer, and Virtual Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Accounting and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Accounting from Osun State University, Nigeria. Currently, she works as an Accountant at Mount Carmel Prayer Village in Ifewara, where she oversees the financial activities of the establishment.
Adebimpe is the convener of the Peculiar Treasure Sickle Cell Initiative (PTSCi), an initiative focused on promoting good health and well-being (SDG 3). PTSCi is dedicated to raising awareness and educating the public about the prevention and management of sickle cell disease through online and physical advocacy, genotype testing, genetic counseling, and support for sickle cell warriors.
Over the past seven years, Adebimpe has worked and volunteered as an accountant across the non-profit, educational, and hospitality sectors.
She has served as Treasurer of Anglican Students fellowship during her university years (2011/2012). During her National Youth Service Corps in 2013, she also served as Treasurer of her CDS group (MDGs Facor). In 2023, during her CYFI program, she managed financial activities and records of the CYFI Osun Health Team. In 2024, she served as Treasurer of the YALI Network Osun and currently the Financial Secretary of the same network.
She has also volunteered with several reputable organizations and projects dedicated to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and helping humanity, including TEDx Osogbo, She Wins Osun, Connected Development (CODE), The Irede Foundation, Lawrence Sadare Foundation (LSF), Osun Girls Can Code, and the YALI Osun Conference.
She is a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI RLC) Fellow (2017), a New Voices Citizens Fellow (2021), an SDGs Youth Advocate (2021), a Carrington Youth Fellowship Initiative (CYFI) Fellow (2023), a ForbesBLK Member (2024), and a United People Global (UPG) Leader (2024).
